1.5oz local organic apple cider
1.5oz Ogham Craft Spirits Poitín (pot‧cheen)
3/4oz simple syrup
Shake over ice and enjoy!
Not familiar with poitín? It’s an unaged Irish-style whisky which makes an excellent stand-in for vodka in all of your fall inspired recipes if you’d like to add some malty character.
